About Us

We’re Alex and Jackson, two Kiwis bringing Real Fruit Ice Cream from the South Island of New Zealand to the Gold Coast. What started at farmers markets has grown into our permanent spot in Tugun.

With a passion for quality food and local produce, we’ve created ice cream sweetened only with raw local honey.

We’ve turned our childhood favourite, real fruit ice cream, into a healthier treat to share with you all.

    Our dairy comes straight from local farmers - full-cream milk and pure cream, that’s it.
    No gums, no stabilisers, no hidden ingredients.

    Prefer dairy-free? We use 100% organic coconut milk and cream - just straight, honest ingredients

  • For richness the natural way.


    Our custard base is made with local free-range egg yolks, giving our ice cream its naturally silky texture without relying on stabilisers or artificial additives.
    It’s the old-school way - and it tastes like it.

    Prefer egg-free? Our organic coconut ice cream is both egg and dairy free - a simple, clean alternative.

  • Sweetened by nature.


    We use raw, local honey from small Queensland hives. It’s added to our ice cream after pasteurisation, so it keeps its natural enzymes, antioxidants and nutritional goodness.

    The result? A gentle sweetness, better digestion, and a warm, delicious honey note that keeps you coming back for more.
