  • 3 scoop frozen Banana

  • 1 scoop Whey Protein

  • 1 tbsp Cacao

  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • Cinnamon to taste

Berry Banana

  • 250ml Coconut Water (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop frozen Banana

  • 2 scoop frozen Berries

  • 1 scoop Whey Protein (best to blend at the end to avoid fluffing)

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Tropical Date

  • 250ml Coconut Water (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop frozen Banana

  • 2 scoop frozen Mango
